Please note our online passport services are only for passport applicants that are U.S. Citizens.
New Passport
If you have never had a U.S. Passport before and are least 16 years of age, you are a New Passport Applicant. A New Passport Applicant is also someone who currently has a U.S. Passport that was issued more than 15 years ago.

Passport Renewal
If you currently have a U.S. Passport that was issued after your 16th birthday you are eligible to renew. Children under the 16 are not allowed to renew their passports until they are issued a 10 year adult passport. Please note that limited and Second Valid Passport are not eligible to be renewed.

Lost / Stolen Passport
Is you passport lost or stolen? If you can't find your most recent issued U.S. Passport then you are considered a Lost / Stolen Passport Applicant. If the passport applicant is currently under the age 16 they must use the Child Passport Service to re-apply.

Child Passport
If you are currently under the age of 16, you are considered a Child Passport Applicant. If you child has lost their passport, damaged their passport, or require to renew their passport, then this is the passport option you need to select. All Child Passport Applicants must re-apply for new Child Passport every 5 years till their 16th birthday.

Damaged Passport
When a U.S. Passports appearance comes into question it's considered damaged. Damaged Passports are invalid for travel and the passport applicant must apply for a replacement. Choose this online passport service if your passport is currently damaged.

Name Change
Has you name recently changed? If your name recently changed you are required to change your passport before traveling internationally. In order to do a passport name change, you must currently have your existing passport and it must not have expired more than 5 years ago.

Extra Passport Pages
If your Passport Book has run out of pages or doesn't not have enough pages for your next international trip, you will be required to add additional pages to your passport before departing. Your passport must be current and must not expire within the next 6 months if your wanting to add pages. If your passport is going to expire within the next 6 months you will need to renew your passport.
